01Summary

The main adventure can be played without creating an online account. We do not sell your personal information. The free version displays a banner during gameplay and may show one full-screen advertisement after ten minutes of active gameplay in an app session. A one-time Remove Ads purchase disables both formats.

Optional hosted rankings, custom maps, account linking, support, and moderation tools use our online service only when you choose to use them.

02Data Stored on Your Device

Game saves, progress, settings, Music and SFX volume, animation speed, cached purchase entitlements, and other gameplay preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to us unless you choose an online feature that requires related game data.

Deleting the app removes locally stored information unless it is restored through a device backup or an Apple purchase-restoration service.

03Online Accounts and Community Features

If you use a guest or linked account, hosted rankings, custom maps, device management, reports, or appeals, our service processes the information needed to provide and protect those features. Depending on what you use, this may include:

• an account, installation, session, or authentication identifier;
• gameplay and run records submitted to rankings;
• custom map content and associated interaction data;
• reports, support messages, appeals, and moderation records; and
• technical logs, timestamps, IP address, and security diagnostics.

An email address is processed only when you choose email account linking or send one to support. Sign in with Apple is governed by Apple's own privacy terms.

04Advertising, Consent, and Tracking

The free version uses Google AdMob for a responsive gameplay banner and one full-screen ad after ten minutes of active gameplay per app session. Save, Load, and Settings do not reset that session timer. Ad requests are configured as non-personalised.

Google Mobile Ads may process IP address and approximate location, device identifiers, advertising and product-interaction data, crash information, and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, analytics, and app functionality. We may receive aggregated advertising reports; AdMob does not provide us with your payment-card details.

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents Consent, Do not consent, and Manage options choices before ads are requested. Eligible users can revisit the form from Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. The app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use ads for cross-app tracking.

05In-App Purchases

Tower of Sorcerer offers optional, one-time non-consumable purchases for Fast Save / Load Slots and Remove Ads. Apple processes payments through the App Store and StoreKit. We receive the product identifier and transaction or entitlement status needed to unlock the feature, but we do not receive or store your payment-card information.

Restore Purchases asks Apple to verify eligible purchases for the Apple Account signed in on the device. Once Remove Ads is recognised, the app stops future banner and full-screen ad requests.

06Information the App Does Not Request

• photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or address-book information;
• precise GPS location, health, or fitness information;
• payment-card or banking details; or
• a real name or email address to play the main adventure locally.

07Service Providers

• Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform provide advertising, consent, measurement, fraud prevention, and related diagnostics. Read the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps using its services.
• Apple App Store, StoreKit, and Sign in with Apple provide app distribution, purchases, restoration, and optional Apple account linking. Read Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Loming AI Limited's hosted service provides optional account, ranking, custom-map, support, security, and moderation features.

08Retention and Security

Local game information remains on your device until you delete it or the app, subject to backups you control through Apple. Online information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the selected feature, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our terms. Advertising providers retain information according to their own policies.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

09Children's Privacy

Tower of Sorcerer is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact us about an account or privacy concern.

10Your Choices and Rights

You may:

• play locally without creating or linking an online account;
• revisit regional advertising consent through Ad Privacy Choices;
• purchase Remove Ads to stop future in-game ad requests;
• restore eligible purchases through Apple;
• use account privacy tools to request an export or deletion; and
• contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, or objection rights.

Identity verification may be required before we act on a request concerning an online account. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the game, its online features, advertising, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, a notice in the app or on this page.
